Located on a steep and challenging site, this 81 villas, contemporary hillside resort dramatically overlooks the gulf of Thailand and surrounding islands. The protection and preservation of existing palms and trees, together with the re-establishment of native hill and beachside forest vegetation was a critical part of Coopers Hill’s landscape design for this project. The design of buggy and pedestrian circulation, together with retaining walls and environmental artwork features constructed from salvaged onsite stone were also key elements of the landscape design.
