Coopers Hill was appointed to achieve ‘Day One’ impact for the client and was responsible for the detailed design of all external areas.
The harmonious integration of landscape and architecture preserves the site’s natural beauty, with the team designing key features such as the arrival court, swimming pools, spa gardens, private gardens, guest block terraces, roofscape, and main restaurant terraces.
Ideally situated on a sixty-hectare coastal hillside at Cennet Koyu, with panoramic views over the Aegean Sea, this project marks the brand’s first resort in Europe and is poised to become the region’s most coveted address. The resort is set on a series of terraces incorporating the main hotel building, pool decks, and spa.
The landscape design reflects the indigenous ‘mosaic habitat’, charting a romantic journey from Mediterranean pine forests and garrigue shrubland to olive groves and savanna. This narrative is brought to life through a sequential experience, with destinations and vistas unfolding along pathways that wind gracefully down the hillside.
