With over 12 years of experience in the Middle East, she has led diverse urban design and landscape projects, including masterplans and public parks. Madhu excels in conceptual design, client management, and mentoring, contributing to project success and brand growth. Her creativity, focus on cultural identity, and ability to unify team visions are exemplified in notable projects such as EXPO Plaza Park in Dubai, which was recognised with the MEED Projects Award, and the winning entry for the King Salman Park competition in Riyadh.

Jelle brings with him an energy and vitality that translate into physical design and planning, along with a firm belief in the power of collaborative design. He has extensive experience across a broad range of landscape architectural practices and is most drawn to projects at the interface of architecture and landscape, recognising the power of each to complement and reinforce the other.

With his 15 years of experience, he confidently leads his team while imparting knowledge and encouragement to his team members.

Ngurah is an Architecture graduate with over 10 years of experience. In his role as design lead, he has been involved in conceptual design, space planning, design presentations, material development, sketches, rendering, and model making. Ngurah is an innovative professional capable of creating dynamic designs independently and in collaboration with associates and clients.

Wayan holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree with 18 years of landscape design experience in Asia and the China region. As a senior landscape designer, he is responsible for preparing design studies, conceptual masterplan sketches, graphic presentations, detailed design development, and project management. His fundamental concept in each design process is to reconnect human beings with nature through thoughtful design. He has been involved in a diverse range of hotel and resort projects, residential, commercial, and urban mixed-use projects throughout the Asian and Chinese markets.

Maria’s passion for landscape architecture and green open spaces drives her commitment to her career. With over 9 years of experience in landscape architecture and collaboration with consultants, Maria possesses extensive knowledge of landscape architecture and design. Lina is a Design Associate at the Coopers Hill Shanghai Office, bringing nearly 20 years of experience encompassing comprehensive theoretical knowledge, robust design processes, and strong management capabilities. She is highly methodical and gains satisfaction from researching the feasibility of landscape design processes. Lina is dedicated to achieving perfection in every design and she firmly believes that the success of an exceptional project lies in the thorough interpretation of the scheme, attention to construction detail and employing advanced landscape design techniques, to create integrity and uniqueness in each project.

Kirie has over 5 years of experience as a landscape architect. Kang Kai is a senior landscape architect with over 5 years of landscape design experience, specialising in planning, real estate landscape, hotel landscape, and is able to produce effective design output. He has been involved in various styles of residential environment landscape design and Research and Development (R&D) landscape design. With a passion and interest in sustainable design, Kai combines green and low carbon theory solutions in his projects. Elaine is responsible for the greenery and planting design, with a focus on residential projects. Fiona graduated from the University of Sheffield and has experience in numerous design-related boutique, commercial, and public projects. She believes that every unique landscape site evolves from a micro-observation of user behavior, combined with a thoughtful integration of materials, plants, and space. Fiona is meticulous when it comes to the textures and details of the landscape and believes that climate-based designs connect time and space. Massey has worked in landscape architecture design and management since 2006, accumulating 15 years of experience. His expertise includes a broad spectrum of cultural and environmental design knowledge, acquired through international projects, particularly in Laos, Japan, and Vietnam. Massey firmly believes in integrating patterns with cultural, historical, and ecological elements into landscape designs.

Phuong graduated from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture and has actively contributed to the design process of various resort and public garden projects.
