He is also actively involved in project scheduling and budgeting across three of Coopers Hill’s offices. He derives such joy and fulfillment from his pursuit of design excellence for landscape design in hospitality projects, that it often feels more like a personal passion rather than work.

Zhang Jun has over 16 years of work experience in the landscape industry. As a Director, he is responsible for business development and project management for hotel, residential, and mixed-use projects in China. His role encompasses overseeing all phases of landscape design, from master planning to conceptual design, and through to construction management and site supervision.

Dzaki is a veteran in the landscape design industry with over 30 years of experience. His creativity and passion for design are widely recognized and reflected in his work on an international scale, spanning hospitality, residential, commercial, and conservation projects. Tania is a Project Director with over 13 years of experience, and a design professional that emphasises a process driven approach with a strong focus on achieving dynamic results. Having worked in Europe, the Middle East, South Asia, and Southeast Asia, she is adept in understanding different landscapes and contexts. Her meticulous approach ensures the preservation of the project’s integrity at every stage. Tania also has a keen interest and experience in Water Sensitive Urban and Ecological Design.

Anna holds a degree in Architecture from the Pontifical and Royal University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. She gained experience in multi-disciplinary architecture and construction companies in Manila before heading to Japan as a scholarship trainee in Architecture with the International Labour Organisation of Japan. Since moving to Singapore in 1992, she has worked on a variety of projects, including residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use developments throughout Asia. As a Project Director, her role involves collaborating with clients, consulting firms, and contractors to develop and provide solutions for challenging projects, encompassing design, sustainability, project management, and construction review.

As an Associate with over 19 years of working experience, Halim began his career as a landscape architect after graduating with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (Honours) from the University of Technology, Malaysia. He is passionate about curating a sustainable environment through landscape architecture in a creative and artistic way. Halim oversees projects from their initial concept to completion, with a diverse portfolio encompassing urban residential, resort/hotel, commercial public park, and landscape master planning. With over 13 years of international experience, Irvan is a proficient landscape architect renowned for his diverse portfolio, encompassing projects of varying scales, from small-scale developments to expansive masterplans, many of which have earned international accolades. Irvan excels in orchestrating end-to-end solutions seamlessly, from initial concepts through to construction implementation. Fitria has more than 15 years of experience in landscape design, primarily within the softscape division.
