Inspired by New York’s HIP Tribeca and SoHo warehouse loft districts, the landscape of The Lofts Asoke is a blend of urban industrial chic, modern luxury and contemporary inner city planting design. Located in Bangkok’s CBD, this HIP, urban lifestyle residential development is an oasis of coolness. An important part of the landscape design for The Lofts Asoke was the creation of a fresh, new urban landscape design vocabulary, combining the extensive use of corten steel, contrasted against a backdrop of contemporary green vegetation. A simple and controlled palette of hardscape materials, finishes and details, together with limited plant species selection was required to achieve this development’s unique luxury industrial aesthetic.
